Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

• 3-5 working days return/exchange period from the date of delivery

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging box

• Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after receiving returned product

Exchange Policy:

• Exchange allowed for defective or damaged products only

• Customer must contact us within 2-3 working days of delivery

Return/Exchange Conditions:

• Product must be returned in original packaging with all tags and same original condition including product box material

• Customer must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

Refund:

• Full refund will be made once returned product is received and inspected
